[MY FAVOURITE THING TODAY] Mr Cleo Droomer’s latest Project with Mr Price hit stores today. Thankfully, all the items are also stocked on Mr Price’s online store (HERE) - which means I could order one of each of these beauties without leaving my desk. Cannot wait to wear them all!

Seems like it’s Mr Price Monday on my blog, right? Can I help it that my fave fast fashion store is pulling out all the stops to impress?
Amber Jones is set to release another range into Mr Price stores this November. Here are some of her pretty amazing things as seen on the runway:

It’s no secret that I adore Amber Jones. She’s all kinds of awesome. So I’m really excited to announce that her range with Mr Price - called The Best is Yet to Come - hits stores on 25th JULY! Yes, on Monday! Pay day! Holla!
Amber sat down with ELLE South Africa’s Jenna McArthur to chat about the range and here’s some of what she had to say:
We love the range, how would you describe it?
Wow. Hard one. A rather-odd-in-a-good-way schoolgirl who often wears her dad’s clothes from the seventies…
Tell us about the colours and fabrics used?
I was having a love affair with texture when I designed it so I chose chunky knits, linen suitings, printed woven viscose and faux fur for warmth and added denim and cotton twills for contrast. The colour palette is very earthy, with splashes of navy and warm burnt oranges.
What sets this range apart from others?
Little details like elbow patches, paper-bag waist detail, statement buttons and raw reversed hems. I really wanted the girl who wears these clothes to feel we cared about how she felt in them.
Everything in this range is completely wantable and the price point makes it imminently gettable. Look how cute:

On my shopping list:
Actually, who am I kidding? Something tells me I’m going to buy more than that :) Congratulations, Amber!

[MY FAVOURITE THING TODAY] This!
I spied this pretty little thing by artist Wesley van Eeden on Mr Price’s In the fashion loop blog (one of my personal favourite blogs), and it spoke to me so loudly, it was practically shouting. In, like, surround sound.
